About Candy Dulfer
Her first issued work Saxuality, appeared later in 1990 for RCA Records, was very successful in Europe and the USA. Her funky alto sax stylings caught on with fans of contemporary jazz at several recently launched "smooth jazz" radio stations around the U.S. In the same time Saxuality was by no means a straight-ahead jazz album. This debut work was nominated for a Grammy and became gold, being sold in the amount of a half-million copies all over the world.
